Return Policy
You can return items purchased from the Makist website for any reason within 7 days after receiving the product. Please keep the product unused and in its original condition, with its tags and packaging.
The Process to Return the Product
- Pick-up: We offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse and after the quality check, we will confirm that we have received your product and your refund will be processed.
- All refunds will be credited to your source account within 7-10 days from the time of the order return.
Refund Methods
- If you have done an online payment via any mode, the amount will be refunded to the source you have opted to do the payment.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery, you will be requested for your bank account details in which you will be receiving the amount.
Do's and Don'ts
✓ Do's:
- Any product to be returned must be unused and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
✗ Don'ts:
- Makist will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Makist would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return the product which you have and obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
